Intel N150 Frigate Performance: OpenVINO Benchmarks
Intel N150 Frigate inference times for MobileNetV2, YOLOv9 and YOLO-NAS with OpenVINO, with sources.
The N150 is the N100's successor in most 2025–26 budget mini PCs. Here is what the docs and community report for it.
Known issues and gotchas
- Docs numbers: ~15 ms MobileNetV2, 16 ms YOLOv9-t 320, 24 ms YOLOv9-s 320 (docs). Unlike the N100 row, the docs do not mark the N150 as single-detector-only, and one community user reports running multiple GPU detectors at 25–30 ms each (db-134).
- Beelink EQ14 (N150): the docs say the EQ14 "has some known compatibility issues, so you should avoid that model for now" (docs); a maintainer clarified in Sept 2026 the note is about the Coral, and another user reports running Frigate on an EQ14 with the Intel GPU "just fine" with 5×8MP cameras (#24381).
- Frigate 0.18: Intel GPU stats need kernel 6.5+ (release notes).
